As you know, I always like to keep the content here on corStyle light and fun. However, the world lost a brilliant fashion mind today and I wanted to stop and address it as its been on my mind all day. I always found myself admiring his work and day dreaming about what it would be like to drape my body in his designs. He had a knack for dressing woman and making them look and feel beautiful inside and out. His designs were the stuff dreams are made of.

I thought I would pay homage to the brilliant man, by inserting one of my absolute favorite clips from the Sex and the City movie. Here, Carrie is getting ready for her upcoming nuptials to Mr. Big and she is trying on every designer gown under the sun. The Oscar de la Renta she is wearing in this clip is just stunning.

Oscars- 2015 edition

Readers and friends, It's finally the Oscars!! It is one of my most favorite times of year. I usually have a large gathering with my best friends and family and this year was no exception. We had apps, and champagne and truly celebrated the films, fashion and everything that is Hollywood. With that, lets get into the best dressed of the evening!!
