It's about that time to start another reoccurring series entitled Dressing Diaries. I thought it would be fun to give you a peak into how I style myself and how some of my favorite looks come together.
Start of dressing process: Very late at night, the day before an event (nothing like a fair amount of procrastination), I always ask my sweet fiancé to take a picture of my outfit. By the time I get to the pictures, I have narrowed down the look to two or three different choices. PS- this is a really good tip if you haven't tried it before. I know that sounds funny, but in todays world where there are so many pictures taken its important for you to be able to visualize the final look so you aren't left disappointed. It is also good to be able to see what shoes look best and what accessories complete the ensemble.

If you haven't been introduced to ASOS, I highly recommend that you take a look to see what they have. From one fashion obsessed person to another, you won't be disappointed!

Completion of dressing process: I went with nude lace up heels (you can find something similar to purchase here) and opted for loose, wavy hair with a side swept bang. The necklace I chose was something similar to this. I went for the simple minimalist look so the dress could be the statement. I absolutely adore this ASOS dress and loved the way the final look turned out.
