I have missed you! I apologize for the delay in posts, things have been very busy over here in wedding central station! This past weekend I had the pleasure of seeing my beautiful cousin get married! We had the best time getting together with my Dad's side of the family. It has been such a long time since we were all together and we ate, drank and danced the entire night away. I will say for the record, my family knows how to throw an amazing party!

I began thinking about what I wanted to wear to a summer beach wedding a few months ago. I knew some people would go for a flowy vibe, while others would go for something with bright colors. I wanted to go with a tight shade of blue that would match the ocean. All I can say about that is, when in Rome! I went for no jewelry with this look because I thought the shape of the dress was so unique, I wanted it to speak for itself.

Oscars- 2015 edition

Readers and friends, It's finally the Oscars!! It is one of my most favorite times of year. I usually have a large gathering with my best friends and family and this year was no exception. Wedding season is upon us and if your like me, you have just started going to all the weddings of the season! My inspiration for this post came from Elle Magazine . They did an amazing article on the best looks to wear to a wedding and it got me thinking about wanting to give my readers some tips and highlight a few looks for these special days. Weddings are a lot of fun to go to and you always want to look your best for when you are seeing your friends and family! Here are a few rules to get you started: 1) No cream or white-- Please do not be that one person all the others are giving dirty looks to because you wore an all white look to a wedding.
